We began business with Cardinal Components, Inc. in July, 2002. When we started working with Cardinal, we utilized their kit packaging/assembly to ease our capacity issues at our facility on a temporary basis. Our confidence and trust in Cardinal's ability to meet our requirements was quickly earned and additional work was awarded to Cardinal. While we started out working with Cardinal on a temporary basis, it quickly grew into an excellent permanent relationship.

We are impressed with Cardinal's services for several reasons. First, their commitment to quality is outstanding. Throughout the past several years, we have experienced a couple of very minor quality issues. Cardinal responded immediately by defining the root cause and then taking corrective and preventative actions.

Cardinal has also impressed us with their on time delivery commitment. On occasion, we have requested quantity and product changes at the last minute. Each time, Cardinal responded in a prompt and professional manner. To date, we have experienced 100% on time delivery with Cardinal.

Customer service is also very important to us. We receive excellent customer service from Cardinal. We have a primary contact person, as well as a backup. Cardinal goes out of their way to make sure we obtain full support, promptly responding to requests, questions, and concerns.

Cardinal is a real team player and always gives us their best effort. Thank you for the opportunity to recommend Cardinal as a word-class supplier.

   Just like to say it was a pleasure in ordering product from your company with Katie.  She was very professional and impressed me with her mental sharpness.  She took my order with APO address and credit card number without mistake or repeat. She has exceptional timing and friendly voice inflection when dealing with the customer even on a long distance international call.  She was always up to speed yet I never felt rushed when I was trying to decide the order. She has excellent product knowledge by knowing the numbers when just mentioning the need and requirement. 

I would have her on my team any day!!!

She will go far!!

Just wanted to share with you and everyone at Cardinal Components that we have been very pleased with the quality of metal parts, customer service, and engineering support over the past four years.  

Cardinal has done a great job to provide my company with our custom metal needs and assisting in the creation of our Kanban system. RFQ requests are promptly quoted and pricing is competitive.

I place the orders with Cardinal because their quality and delivery have been most dependable and their customer service team always shows my best interest in mind. The first email I usually receive is in appreciation for my business and to let me know my order was received. A few days later my order is confirmed with a delivery date so I can move forward to my next project knowing Cardinal is taking care of the details.

My experience has been a positive one working with you and your customer service team. In an age when so many companies don't seem to care about customer service any more, Cardinal Components does everything they claim to do, with a smile.
